Dutch Expedition Terms
All the legal transactions with third parties are subject to the Dutch Expedition Terms freight forwarding terms and conditions of the Fenex conditions, registered at the court clerk’s offices in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda and Rotterdam, latest revision (2018).
Over the years, FENEX has developed more general terms and conditions, on the one hand due to changes in laws ans regulations, and on the other because the activities of a freight forwarder have become wider.
