Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. has agreed to acquire all shares of CyberFreight International B.V.
CyberFreight has experienced tremendous growth in recent years and to continue its ambitions for further growth, CyberFreight has been looking for a strong partner. They found that strong partner in Hitachi Transport System, Ltd., which has agreed to take over all shares.
Japan-based Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. (HTS) is a leading global provider of logistics services. The HTS group comprises 94 different companies with more than 45,600 employees at 763 locations worldwide. HTS is focused on providing smart and efficient logistics solutions that deliver tangible benefits to its customers. CyberFreight International B.V. is a full-service logistics service provider, specialized in the handling and storage of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment and supplies. GDP and ISO 13485 are two of the many certificates CyberFreight possesses. CyberFreight has a branch in Nieuw-Vennep and a branch in Barendrecht with a total of 75 employees.
