Storage of API’s
The storage of pharmaceutical raw materials (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, or API’s) is also, like the storage of pharmaceutical products, subject to very strict regulations. The storage and handling of APIs is only allowed in an approved and certified warehouse. If you do not have GDP storage or need extra space, you can also outsource the storage of API’s to a company that has the correct permits. CyberFreight is such a company that has a Wholesale License, also has the GDP Certificate and is registered for storage of API’s.
Please note, under Article 38 of the Medicines Act, you must always be registered with Farmatec yourself. You must specify which activities take place and which active substances are also traded. CyberFreight Pharma Logistics can only work for clients who are registered. This applies to manufacturers, importers and distributors of API’s.
A separate registration is only required if you act as a broker / broker and purchase on the basis of a predetermined sale to your customer.

Trained, certified employees ensure that you are kept informed of the status of your goods and, if desired, arrange the GDP distribution of your API’s to manufacturers and other wholesalers in the Benelux and the rest of Europe.
