Accessibility and opening hours during NATO summit
From Tuesday, June 24 to Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the NATO summit will take place in The Hague.
This event involves significant traffic and security measures that may impact the accessibility of businesses in the region, including CFI Logistics in Nieuw-Vennep.
We would like to inform you of the expected road closures and restrictions so that they can be taken into account when planning potential visits and deliveries by your suppliers and carriers.
Traffic Measures and Road Closures
From Sunday, June 22 at 17:00 until Thursday, June 26, various highways and regional roads will be temporarily or partially closed.
This includes:
- Highways: The A5, A4, A44, and N44 will be partially inaccessible at various times.
- Regional roads: Roads in and around The Hague, Wassenaar, Katwijk, Noordwijk, Haarlemmermeer, and Leiden will be temporarily closed.
- Bridge operations: From Monday, June 23 at 06:00 until Thursday, June 26 at 12:00, several bridges will not be in operation, including the
Hooghkamerbrug, Hoflandbrug, and Kaagbrug. - Public transport: NS (Dutch Railways) will operate according to the regular schedule, but disruptions in bus services may occur.
Accessibility of CFI Logistics
To minimize the impact of these measures, CFI Logistics has decided to temporarily extend its opening hours. From Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27, we will be open from 06:00 to 19:00. We advise you to schedule your transports outside peak hours as much as possible and check your route in advance
via the Rijkswaterstaat or VanAnaarBeter websites.
Impact on Service
CFI Logistics will do everything possible to avoid delays, but we cannot rule out the possibility that carriers and couriers may not be able to reach us at certain times. This may affect the delivery times of your shipments.
