CyberFreight also for special transport
Perhaps you did not know, but CyberFreight can also handle and manage you heavy loads by road.
For 2 vessels of a well known shipping-line, we managed a special transport from Pontevedra in Spain to Antwerp in Belgium. The load consisted of huge propeller-blades with a total weight of 40 tons, loaded on a 10 axle truck.
The transport route was planned and checked in detail, to avoid low bridges, small tunnels and other potential obstacles. CyberFreight made sure the truck and load had all required licenses and waivers and also had guidance vehicle driving a long with it for security of all other traffic.
A second “normal” truck had another 8,5 tons of spares in crates, in order to have all parts and spares timely available in Antwerp for assembly on the vessels.
Extra attention for details, 24/7 guidance, from the moment of quotation, the loading, on route, all the way to arriving and unloading in Antwerp, is all part of CyberFreight service.
