Legal merger and name change as of August 4, 2026
We would like to inform you of an important organizational change within our group.
As of August 4th, 2026, the following entities will merge:
- Cyber Freight International Holding B.V.
- Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V.
- Cyber Freight Rotterdam B.V.
As a result of this legal merger, Cyber Freight International Holding B.V. and Cyber Freight Rotterdam B.V. will be integrated into Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V.
Subsequently, Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V. will change its statutory name to: LOGISTEED Netherlands B.V. As of August 4th, 2026, all entities will be consolidated into a single entity (Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V.), which will continue under the name LOGISTEED Netherlands B.V. This change aligns with our international positioning under the name LOGISTEED, our parent organization in Japan.
Important points to note:
- The Chamber of Commerce number (KvK), VAT number, and EORI number of LOGISTEED Netherlands B.V. remain the same as those currently used by Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V.
- All rights and obligations of Cyber Freight International Holding B.V. and Cyber Freight Rotterdam B.V. will, by operation of law, be transferred to Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V. as a result of the merger.
- All existing agreements, contracts, and authorizations previously concluded with Cyber Freight International Holding B.V., Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V., or Cyber Freight Rotterdam B.V. will remain fully valid after the merger and subsequent name change to LOGISTEED Netherlands B.V.
- Your usual points of contact will remain unchanged.
Direct Representation (DR):
If you have already granted a Direct Representation authorization to Cyber Freight Amsterdam B.V., this authorization and the corresponding agreements will remain in full force and effect.
Should you object to the continuation of the existing authorization, or if you prefer a new authorization in the name of LOGISTEED Netherlands B.V., we kindly request you to inform us.
If we do not receive a response from you, we will assume that you agree to the continuation of the existing authorization and agreements without change.
